Discover How it Works

External Bluetooth Antenna

Our Bluetooth Low Energy antenna ensures a stable connection, using the same technology found in healthcare devices like heart monitors, glucose monitors, and blood oxygen monitors, as well as everyday smart devices.

Superficial Sensor

Perifit Care's surface sensor is essential for effective pelvic floor workouts, accurately detecting muscle contractions for precise training and better results.

Deep Sensor

Detects changes in abdominal pressure, aiding in monitoring your pelvic floor exercises, including detecting faulty contractions.

Cut out the guesswork

Perifit Care removes uncertainty by providing real-time feedback, indicating when you're engaging your pelvic floor muscles correctly, simplifying and enhancing your pelvic health journey.

Monitor your technique

Without feedback, only 50% of women perform Kegels correctly, while 1/4 risk unintentional harm. Perifit Care's dual sensor biofeedback helps improve your technique with visual cues.

Good device, but not perfect

I've been using the Perifit for about a month now. It's fun and quick. I haven't tried using it while standing - it occasionally "oozes" out while I'm lying down, and I check its position before starting a game. Calibration is no problem, but I find my perceived effort and "quality" of squeezing often don't correlate with the calibration. Keeping my knees spread is important for the probe to detect a squeeze. Another thing is that the rate of relaxing varies among games - "Flapping Bird" is the worst - the poor bird never drops quickly enough to avoid being clobbered by the upcoming pillar! In the Meredith game, the rate of ascent and descent are both too slow; the "orbs" are continually being stolen by ghosts, so the captured friends will never be freed! Wasting my time and energy playing games that are not designed to consistently detect one's efforts is frustrating and may discourage me from continuing usage, although I think the device is helping to improve my kegels. I deleted the fire-fighter game because it was too discouraging and seemed tasteless, given the current California wildfires. My primary concern is how accurately the device's detection of high-quality kegels correlates with what my pelvic-floor physiotherapist claims - I will be meeting with her in 2-3 weeks and plan to practice the game while she physically evaluates my performance - if the Perifit and her evaluations align, I'll continue using the device, if not, I'll stop. In the meantime, despite months of concerted Pilates, yoga and strength workouts, weekly personal trainer sessions, and a month of practicing with the Perifit, I have noticed NO improvement whatsoever with my (primarily urge) incontinence. I'm pleased with the improvement in my overall appearance and fitness, but this entire effort is due to the urogynecologist I saw last June (7 months ago) encouraging me to exercise, saying my pelvic floor condition isn't likely to be improved with surgery. As a nurse, I was pleasantly surprised to hear a surgeon advise against surgery (!), but to see NO improvement with my incontinence, i am left wondering what to do. I will update my review if the pelvic-floor PT says my kegels have improved, as I will attribute that to the Perifit.

Easier than therapy

I struggled to remember to do pt on my own between sessions, but this is fun and I get daily reminders.

I am getting good results with my trainer … it is information that is very useful in maintaining good pelvic health . Now I know the things I need to work on . This device was recommended by a co worker and women’s health specialist in the outpatient clinic where I work. I am pleased with my purchase .

Love this thing!

I was having such a hard time gauging if I was doing my pelvic floor exercises correctly. This has made a huge difference!

Creative way to do Keagle exercises

I like striving to get points And playing the games....does not seem like such a chore And time goes by quickly.. I'm getting ready to have prolapse surgery soon and I'm hoping The exercises will strengthen me In preparation.

It feels like it’s going to fall out

I have enjoyed going through the exercises, but when I release my muscles I feel like the perifit comes out and I have to keep pushing it back in while doing the games. It’s distracting from the main goal - to work the muscles.

so far enjoyable exerciser

learning alot - about how i cant relax, not sure if i am really improving or not - but helpful awareness so far. I think there needs to be more instruction and maybe a welcome video - and trouble shooting - like if i need to hold it in place while i squeeze - i often push it out!

not peeing my pants as much...haha!

I was told by my therapist that I have seen about 4 times so far to get it. It was 1

It was suggested by my therapist who I have seen about 4 times so far, she has given me lots of exercises and breathing exercises and it has certainly helped., But the perifit is actually fun and my husband will giggle when he hears certain sounds from the games you play while having the perifit inserted in your vagina...the object is to squeeze or relax your kegel muscles while going through the game to pop bubbles,, help the bird fly up and down the poles or simply flying a plan though circles to gain points.Try it, who doesn't need a giggle at 61 years old?
