We send an order confirmation email to the email you indicated as soon as the payment is confirmed during checkout.
If you have not received this email right after, it can mean that it has been sent to your SPAM folder or you're not checking the right mailbox.
If you have verified the above 2 points, double-check that the status of the payment is successful on your bank or Paypal account. We have noticed that some transactions failed are displayed on Paypal and bank accounts so you'll need to verify their status to confirm.
