What is the Perifit Pump indicated for?
The Perifit Pump is a wearable electric breast pump intended to express milk from lactating women in order to collect milk from their breasts. The device is intended for a single user. There are no known contraindications.
What is the Perifit Care device indicated for?
The Perifit Care is a perineometer designed to treat stress, mild-moderate urge and mixed urinary incontinence in women, by strengthening of the pelvic floor muscles through exercise. This device provides biofeedback via smart phone technology. Perifit Care is intended for vaginal use by adults.
Perifit Care models promote effective pelvic floor training—a proven method to alleviate symptoms for a significant majority of women experiencing stress and urge incontinence. However, as incontinence is not always due to a weak pelvic floor, consulting with a healthcare provider to identify the specific cause of your symptoms is crucial. This step ensures you receive the most effective treatment plan for your condition.
How does the 30-day trial work?
If you wish to proceed with a return within 30 days of receiving your Perifit Pump, simply contact us at support@perifit.co to request a return label.
You can then drop off your package at a designated drop-off point to receive a full refund for your Perifit Pump.
Can I download and use the app for free?
Yes. Download the app for free from the App Store or Google Play to start using Perifit Pump.
The app is completely free. We regularly add new features to the app through updates. These updates are also free, there is nothing to pay.
How do I choose my size?
Not sure about your flange size? Our size guide can help! Download it here.
Stimulate your nipple until it protrudes and measure the diameter of your nipple in mm. You can measure it with any ruler or with our printable template. Then choose the corresponding flange size.
Please note that since our flange is made of soft silicone and adapts to the shape of your nipple, a slight size deviation is less bothersome than with a rigid plastic flange.
Can I extend my 30-day trial if I haven't given birth yet?
If your due date is in a few months, we can postpone the start date of the trial period to your delivery date (limited to two months following the delivery of the breast pump). If later on, you wish to return the breast pump, we will simply ask for a photo of your baby's birth certificate to determine the start date of the trial period.
Do I need a special bra?
The Perifit Pump is designed to be used with a supportive nursing bra. A nursing bra strap extender is provided to adjust the fit of the breast pump against the chest.
