Working good will be happy to see results. Still learning it.
Hi was accidentally sent two perifits. I sent one back and was never given a coupon or gift of appreciation for being honest. I do like the perifit so far.
I ordered the perifit plus over 30 days ago. When I ordered, it said 5-7 days for shipping. It still hasn't even been provided to the shipper - the tracking number just says that it will update delivery date when received. And the company hasn't given me any updates on when to expect it, it just keeps sending me review requests with no recognition that they never sent it to me.
After about 3 workouts I was not peeing when I sneezed. This was a huge shock for me as I was always afraid to sneeze because I would wet myself some. Now I am working on coughing. I am leaking less when coughing and no longer worry about sneezing. However, if I have 3 sneezes in a row that did cause leakage. I remind myself to just be consistent, but so far I am happy with the results. I even recommended it to a friend.
I bought the Perifit pump when I returned to work. It allowed me to continue breastfeeding my child for almost 11 months. Such an improvement from the hospital-grade pump I used a few years ago! The hands-free aspect saves so much time, especially when pumping several times a day over many months. It’s very easy and intuitive to use. I used it with regular nursing bras.
I didn’t use the app because it sometimes miscalculated the milk volume and drained the battery faster.
After several months of use, one of the pumps had a bug, but customer service solved it quickly and remotely.
Tip: replace the silicone parts every few months if you're using it intensely.
I think it’s excellent value for money. I would definitely use it again.
Wanting to continue breastfeeding after returning to work, I hesitated for a long time before choosing Perifit. I’m delighted: the product is perfect and above all, the after-sales service is unbeatable. The support team is there during and especially after the trial period to help with any issues and give the best advice.
I was having urine incontinence with weak pelvic floor muscles. For several months, I went for Pelvic floor physical therapy. Though I was doing these exercises twice a day, my pelvic floor was not getting too strong. In fact, I was also experimenting with silicone Vaginal Dialator. Things were not getting that good. I was having urine incontinence while exercising and in the morning when I woke up. Last month, my Physical Therapist recommended that I use Permit +. Truly, this changed my life. After one week of using it, I did not have any urine incontinence. I use it every other day. Today, I went to my therapist, and she was shocked at how good I was with the relaxing and squeezing. This product is a game changer. Fantastic.
So practical and efficient, I can pump my milk while doing other things!
This breast pump should be available for rental at pharmacies!
The price is very reasonable compared to other similar devices.
Thank you for creating such a convenient breast pump!
After having my 2 boys, the peeing when sneezing, laughing, coughing hard sucked. I had to wear a p pad when playing soccer, avoided jumping rope, and started working out at home instead of the gym, mostly because of self-conscious issues. I’ve only had it for a couple weeks and use it once or twice a week and the difference is remarkable. The last couple of times I’ve sneezed, I didn’t leak. I’m very excited to see the progress.
I did try Kegel exercises, stopped and started when I p. And went to see a specialist, but I didn’t feel comfortable with her hand inside me. I’m glad I’m doing this instead.
I’ve known about Kegels for 40 years but haven’t been practicing what I know. After suffering from numerous UTIs after menopause, this item was recommended to me. Using it is easy & fun.
The complete replacement kit for the Perifit pump allows for two back-to-back pumping sessions, meaning only one round of cleaning is needed.
I've been using it for a week and a half, twice a day, to pump at work. I can stay at my desk and continue my activities without any issues.
The more I use it, the more I'm able to pump; my breasts need to get used to it. At first, I didn't get much, but it's starting to come out better. I'm now pumping as much as I do with my "hospital" breast pump, which I only use at home.
It's so practical, and since it's connected, you can control everything from the phone, so once it's in place in the bra, there's no need to look at it again.
I wouldn't say it's truly silent; it still makes a bit of noise, but it's minor compared to a classic breast pump, and it depends on the mode used.
I was hesitant to try it, but the Black Friday deal + 30-day trial convinced me! I was pleasantly surprised by their customer service who sent me a smaller flange size for free—they’re very helpful and offer great advice.
The breast pump is powerful and efficient—I extract the same amount as with my Spectra. Being able to move around the house and do other things is essential and lets me pump more often than if I were plugged into a wall outlet!
The only downside is that the pump is a bit bulky for my B cup size, so it's not very discreet + it’s not completely silent. So I wouldn’t be able to pump in an open office space.
However, the app allows me to pause a session with a single click if I'm interrupted at my desk. Also, due to its size, I have to change bras to prevent them from slipping. I plan to try a bandeau-style bra to slip on discreetly during pumping.
Overall, it meets my needs perfectly—my sessions are effective and it's discreet enough for me to pump at work, which I wouldn’t have done with a traditional pump!
I was very satisfied with these breast pumps—practical for multitasking because they’re not too bulky. Easy to manage thanks to the connected app. Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough milk myself...
I still recommend these pumps!
I chose the double pump and honestly, I can't imagine going back. Pumping both sides at once saves me so much time—especially during my workday. With my old single pump, I had to sit through two full sessions. Now, I can pump in 20-25 minutes and get on with my day. It’s discreet, powerful, and I love being able to move around while using it. The app is a nice bonus for keeping track of my sessions!
I hesitated between the single and double options but ended up choosing the double, and I’m so glad I did. With a newborn and a toddler, I don’t have the luxury of long breaks. This double pump lets me multitask and still maintain my milk supply efficiently. I’ve even done short chores around the house while pumping—it stays in place really well. Honestly, if you're planning to pump regularly, the double is 100% worth the investment.
I’ve been using this for a few months now and I really feel like my pelvic floor has gotten much stronger already. This device is super simple to use and it’s portable when you travel so you can keep your training going. I’m loving it. The games are fun too and they change based on your progress. Keeps things interesting.
I bought this breast pump a bit skeptical about its effectiveness, and in the end, I'm thrilled. It allows me to pump at work without carrying the large pharmacy-grade machine or even to free my hands (and thus time) at home. I really recommend it!

Convenient: one charge is enough for at least 5 sessions of 25 minutes at medium to high power
Efficient: I didn’t need to go to maximum power to pump effectively
Noise: low enough not to be annoying after 5 minutes (I used it while working, but not discreet enough for open-space use)
Discreet: you look a bit like Pamela Anderson ^^’ but with loose clothes and a stretch bra/sports bra, it's totally fine
Personally: I wanted to breastfeed for at least 6 months
--> with my traditional breast pump, it was really inconvenient to sit still 3 times a day for 30 minutes
--> with Perifit: I can do housework (be careful when bending over, it may leak a bit), pump at work in a private room without hauling big equipment, and enjoy different times of day while being free to move (without this, I don't think I would have lasted more than 3 months breastfeeding).
I'm still pumping to this day (4 times a day), which helps stimulate the breast and stabilize my milk supply when I’m apart from my baby.
It’s a bit of an investment, but totally worth it.
I’ve recommended it to my friends who want to breastfeed (great birth gift for a mom, for example).
Perifit is an effective tool for improving the overall health of muscles within the uterus. It has already started to reverse my prolapse. It is also improved my sex life. It's education on quality contractions is far cheaper than going to a physical therapist. It's also more effective. The quality of those contractions also improves pleasure during intercourse. Simply a remarkable product. I could not recommend it more highly.
The fact that I am learning to squeeze in so many different ways and hold seems very promising!
