The Perifit Care is a perineometer designed to treat stress, mild-moderate urge, and mixed urinary incontinence in women, by strengthening of the pelvic floor muscles through exercise. This device provides biofeedback via smartphone technology. Perifit Care is indicated for an adult female.

Shipment model

Perifit has stock in different locations across the world. We ship orders from the closest fulfillment warehouse depending on the destination, no matter the sales canal.

We ship from the United States, Canada, Australia, France.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 business day, as soon as the payment is confirmed*.

If the order is placed before 12 PM, it will be shipped the same day. If it order is placed after 12 PM, it will be shipped the next business day.

We ship from Monday to Friday and do not ship on weekends and national holidays.

Some carriers (UPS, B2C Europe, DHL Express) do not scan the packages at pick-up at our warehouse and the tracking page might not reflect the same-day processing event. Be reassured that the total transit time announced remains unchanged.

* Payment with PayPal e-check will delay the order confirmation, to allow for the check to be cleared (7 business days). Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Perifit is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order, which are applied by local customs authorities. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

The following territories (mainland only) will not be subject to any customs duties: the United States, Canada, Australia & the European Union.

Outside of these mentioned territories, customs fees can be billed, depending on your local authorities. Specifically, customs duties are not pre-paid by Perifit for Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway, etc.

Damages

Perifit is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you have not received your order or received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly (support@perifit.co) to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

This policy applies to orders placed on our website (https://perifit.co) only. If you buy Perifit from a distributor, their return policy applies.

Perifit offers a 100 days return window to get a full refund of your order.*

Within that time frame, Perifit will provide a pre-paid return label so that you can return your product and get a full refund of your order as soon as the carrier attests the drop-off at its location.

Print the return packing slip and the pre-paid return label.
Please make sure to include the packaging slip inside the box so that we can identify your order.
Repackage your return product and put the return packing slip inside the box (please remove any previous labels or tape).
You have 7 days** to drop your return package at the closest carrier location.

Perifit

Not sure if this is working for me. Sometimes I don’t need to do a kegel to get the app icon to move up or down. All I need to do is move my legs or touch the mechanism to make the icon move

Feeling young again

Really didn’t think I was ready for any leakage at age 48, so this little gadget made it so. No more tiny leaks and now very conscious about working my pelvic floor muscles so this stays this way.

Limited use, still getting used to it

Improvement is minimal, but my sessions have been limited. Also seeing a Pelvic Floor P.T. and their recommendation was for me to strengthen with them first before using perifit since my strength via the perifit was consistently inconsistent.

Slow, steady improvements

Have had some challenges getting to know how to use it but am improving and gaining strength in my pelvic floor muscles.

So happy with this purchase!

I was a bit skeptical because I felt like I knew how to do Kegel exercises pretty well. What I didn't know was the variety of ways you can control them, different intensities, different lengths, having to gradually do them instead of just SQEEZING as hard as possible, lol! It's really interesting and cool to see those muscles and that control developing. There's a ton of games too and they increase in difficulty, and the music is so relaxing and chill. The app and the games are really well done, so it's not just an afterthought. There is a bit of a learning curve to find the right position. I find that I have to keep a slight pelvic tilt to get the pressure in the right place. I also have some of those really snug, stretching boy short underwear that are intended for workouts. They work really well to keep it in place. I only have a mild amount of stress incontinence, so I bought this mainly since I'm in perimenopause and starting noticing some differences in my body that I felt could benefit from this. Highly recommended for anyone with a vagina that wants to increase and maintain their peri health!
