The Perifit Care is a perineometer designed to treat stress, mild-moderate urge, and mixed urinary incontinence in women, by strengthening of the pelvic floor muscles through exercise. This device provides biofeedback via smartphone technology. Perifit Care is indicated for an adult female.

Shipment model

Perifit has stock in different locations across the world. We ship orders from the closest fulfillment warehouse depending on the destination, no matter the sales canal.

We ship from the United States, Canada, Australia, France.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 business day, as soon as the payment is confirmed*.

If the order is placed before 12 PM, it will be shipped the same day. If it order is placed after 12 PM, it will be shipped the next business day.

We ship from Monday to Friday and do not ship on weekends and national holidays.

Some carriers (UPS, B2C Europe, DHL Express) do not scan the packages at pick-up at our warehouse and the tracking page might not reflect the same-day processing event. Be reassured that the total transit time announced remains unchanged.

* Payment with PayPal e-check will delay the order confirmation, to allow for the check to be cleared (7 business days). Perifit is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order, which are applied by local customs authorities. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

The following territories (mainland only) will not be subject to any customs duties: the United States, Canada, Australia & the European Union.

Outside of these mentioned territories, customs fees can be billed, depending on your local authorities. Specifically, customs duties are not pre-paid by Perifit for Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway, etc.

Damages

Perifit is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you have not received your order or received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly (support@perifit.co) to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

This policy applies to orders placed on our website (https://perifit.co) only. If you buy Perifit from a distributor, their return policy applies.

Perifit offers a 100 days return window to get a full refund of your order.*

Within that time frame, Perifit will provide a pre-paid return label so that you can return your product and get a full refund of your order as soon as the carrier attests the drop-off at its location.

Print the return packing slip and the pre-paid return label.
Please make sure to include the packaging slip inside the box so that we can identify your order.
Repackage your return product and put the return packing slip inside the box (please remove any previous labels or tape).
You have 7 days** to drop your return package at the closest carrier location.

So far so good!

I've only had it for a few weeks but it seems to be working well and the app is easy to use. Also has fun games. 4 stars because sometimes it doesn't read correctly and I have to recalibrate in the middle of the game.

Too large

Was not able to insert it as it was too large for me. Had to return it. Please make the smaller perifit+ available in USA.

Very motivating!

The games are fun and it keeps you motivated to keep playing! Plus you know you’re helping yourself. This truly is a revolutionary product and idea, and it will help you if you’re like me and just not good at doing the mundane tasks like kegel exercises to improve your pelvic floor muscles. I wish I had bought this years ago because it gives me a goal to work towards, motivation to do it, and entertainment. I do it in bed, right after I’ve brushed my teeth. It’s just part of my nightly ritual and it barely takes any time. I turn a podcast on and work out while playing some fun games. I sat on the decision of this purchase for a few months, just considering getting it and whether or not I would use it. So glad I finally decided to just do it!! Don’t be like me, Just buy it already!! You won’t regret it! Just buy it, play the games, and improve your pelvic floor muscles 💪

Never squirt again!

I love the concept of the games and increasing levels! The only element I wish this device had is a way to isolate muscle groups between the three holes so one can be held while the others open. This device doesn’t permit this nor recognize such, and I wish it did.

Nice concept, unable to use

I liked the interactive games. The device is sensitive and picks up muscle contractions very well. I was excited to use this product to improve my pelvic floor muscles, but every time I used it, I would feel like a UTI was starting. It would take at least 24 hours to feel better. I don’t feel comfortable using this product.

I couldn't imagine exercising at a doctor's office or worse yet in some crowded physical therapy office with this problem. Thank you for making life easier!

Haven’t seen a change yet

While I like the concept of games and visualization to learn the proper movement for Kegels, it hasn’t done anything for my stress incontinence yet. It’s been a month and I’m doing the recommended 3 times a week for 10 minutes. I’ll see how things go in the next month.
