We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help and provide a refund within 100 days of delivery. Just email us directly at email@example.com, and we’ll take you through the process:
- Print the Return Packing Slip and the Label
- Please make sure to include the packaging slip inside the box
- Repackage your return merchandise and put the Return Packing Slip inside the box (please remove any previous labels or tape).
- Drop your return package to the designated carrier location.
Free shipping worldwide. Orders processed in North America or Europe will take usually 2 business days to arrive. Other areas can take anywhere from 7 to 12 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

You can cancel your order and get a refund anytime you want before shipping and up to 100 days after the delivery.
On the other hand, we have several warehouses in the US and Europe. You don't have to pay customs fees because we’ve already paid them for you.
